Anyone who can understand this anxiety disorder through experience knows I am not lying, and I am not crazy, but it is a real mental illness BUT treatable. Do not get me wrong; I love socializing with people just not in crowds’ loud environment.
The 6 Major Types of Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety disorders occur from multiple risk factors, including genetics, brain chemistry, personality, and life events. For me, my triggers are Social Anxiety Phobia. Ask me why, and it is so puzzling that I am having trouble interacting with unfamiliar people or strangers now.
My biggest struggle is controlling my anxiety attack feeling overwhelm, physical and emotional panic attack, difficulty breathing, sweating profusely, tremble, heart-pounding chest pain, and a sense of detachment from reality, like having a heart attack. It is very draining to my mind and body; all I want to do after an attack is sleep.
My first step to controlling my social anxiety was to change my comfort zone. Blogging was my first soothing behavior change. Now I find crocheting as a comforting therapy along with meditating and reading.
I am working on my most significant anxiety problem Avoidance. Overcoming this will help to lower my anxiety considerably.
