Romans 12:17-21 Amplified Bible

17 Never repay anyone evil for evil. Take thought for what is right and gracious and proper in the sight of everyone.

18 If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.

19 Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave the way open for God’s wrath [and His judicial righteousness]; for it is written [in Scripture], “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.

20 But if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him a drink; for by doing this you will heap [a]burning coals on his head.”

21 Do not be overcome and conquered by evil, but overcome evil with good.

War is viewed as evil, and Jesus emphasized peace instead. He advised us to avoid retaliation and revenge and to extend our love even to our enemies.

What is happening since the election of Donald Trump as our 45th President has sparked rage in people from every walk of life. The real revenge for war is PEACE & LOVE of the Holy Spirit. Please take better decisive action in what you do from here on out. Get your priorities together. There will be no peace, according to the Scriptures, until Christ second coming.

I Pray
Lord, give me the spirit of peace, love, and gentle heart. Please allow me to have a heart of forgiveness, patience, understanding, and endurance to accept the consequences.

Lord give me strength and faith to hold on to my values and belief to do what is right, not through evil and hatred.

I pray that everyone has faith to overcome this world filled with hate and violence

Help us to focus our energy on making peace through prayer for joy and happiness for all souls. AMEN
