Timothy 2:1-2 Amplified Bible

1 First of all, then, I urge that petitions (specific requests), prayers, intercessions (prayers for others) and thanksgivings be offered on behalf of all people,

2 for [a]kings and all who are in [positions of] high authority, so that we may live a peaceful and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.

Apostle Paul begins to speak to Timothy about how important it is to conduct himself in the public local church and for him to make prayer priority.

For starters, let us come together to intercede in prayer for those who are lost and perishing without the Savior. This way we can make a difference.

Let us not just pray for our family, friends and loved ones. Let us pray for our enemies whom we have conflict, who annoy us, and for those who seem to be against us. They fall into the category of ALL MEN. We should pray for all government leaders to lead us with the AUTHORITY & LOVE of GOD.

I Pray:
Lord, I pray that you will bring to our heart and mind that ALL LIVES MATTER they count. Help us to obey and do your will to spread the GOOD NEWS about the mighty power of God in our communities, our homes, neighborhoods, and workplace. Wherever we are, pray that the gospel may begin to touch lives and change hearts. We pray in Jesus’ name,
Amen.
